SprayDeck

     SprayDeck is a process were specially formulated concrete, is mixed with a concrete bonding resin, and sprayed in a hopper gun onto an existing surface, afterward the surface is color sealed. SprayDeck can be textured to produce simulated surfaces such as tile, and random stone. A very versatile product, SprayDeck is perfect for dressing up any surface.

Advantages: Cost effective, slip-resistant, durable, low maintenance, and stain- resistant.

Stamp Concrete Overlay

     Stamp overlay is placing stamp concrete over an existing surface, without having to add several inches of concrete. The overlay is produced through the use of a concrete polymer agent which bonds the thin coat of overlay mix approximately 3/8", with the existing surface, the mixture is then stamped, antiqued, and clear sealed giving the customer the look of stamp concrete without the cost of replacing the existing surface.

Advantages: Cost effective, new surface without major construction, variety of patterns and colors, and stain-resistant.

Brick Pavers

     Brick Pavers are very common to South Florida, but Paver overlays are relatively new and can be placed over existing surfaces to give a deck an entire new look. We offer many styles, and colors, and can generally have the pavers installed in a few weeks.

Advantages: New surface without major construction, complete custom surface, and very low maintenance.

Uro Tile

          Uro tile is a process of simulating textured stone at a fraction of the cost of actual stone. The process begins with a properly prepped surface, followed by the installation of the fortified concrete topping at approximately 1/4" to 3/8" thick. The concrete is given a troweled finish and the joints are cut from the surface. Once the concrete is set the individual stones are colored, and sealed. The final process is the application of the grout and final sealing with an aggregate fortified sealer.

Advantages: Moderate cost, stain resistant, complete custom design, virtually indestructible surface, and low maintenance.
